- The prices are indicated per week.
- The prices are guaranteed if a 25% deposit of the total rental fee is paid in advance
- The lease starts on Saturday at 4. p.m and ends the following Saturday at 10 a.m
- Water, electricity, heating and bed sheets are included in the rental price.
- A 25% deposit is requested when booking. It must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
- In case of a late booking, the total rental fee is to be paid without delay
- A refundable security deposit of 250 € is to be paid upon arrival to cover any damages caused while occupying the apartments. This fee will be returned on departure day provided that no damage has been made
